About us

The owners Antonio and Claudia have been in the restaurant business for 25 and 10 years respectively. Antonio's family has been in the restaurant business since 1964.

Antonio learned all the secrets of traditional Italian cuisine from his father and grandfather and Claudia brings her long-term experience in the preparation of fresh handmade pasta, the symbol of Italian cuisine, in the ideal combination in order to produce a unique experience for customers.

Antonio and Claudia come from Bologna, an inspiration for excellent Italian food in the world.

Their project is to bring authentic Italian cuisine with the classic flavors of Emilia Romagna to New York.

After working for many years in numerous restaurants, including their family restaurants, Antonio and Claudia have decided to open their first pasta store in Manhattan where they will mainly promote the fresh homemade pasta typical of their city Bologna.

Further, Gustaly will feature other typical products of the Italian tradition such as Italian coffee, cornetti, gourmet panini, salads, taglieri (platters of cured meats and cheeses) italian wine, beers, extra virgin oil, balsamic vinegar, organic Italian flour and much more.

All products will be imported directly from Italy, so everything Gustaly proposes will be exclusively and authentically Italian. The food will be cooked in front of the customers as in the true Italian tradition.
